Ordering

On the Review page during checkout, select the "Check Out" button to complete your purchase. Please review all shipping information carefully. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. An Ellady Order Confirmation with your order details will be sent to you by e-mail.

When Will I Be Charged?

When you place your order, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is canceled for any reason, we will offer a refund within 2 business days.

Change / Cancel My Order

We are able to make changes or cancellations within 5 hours after your ordering.

If you want to change shipping address with order over $100, please contact us to cancel the order and make a new one.

Ellady wants to provide as many convenient payment options as we can for easy ordering. At present, we have two main methods below.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Amazon pay, Apple pay and Credit Cards payment methods.

When you place an order with PAYPAL, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit card. Payment can be submitted in any currency.

• 2.With PayPal, you can transfer directly from your bank account.
• 3.Your payment status can be traced via your PayPal account.

Currently, we accept Credit Card Payment Method from most countries worldwide. Paying with Credit Card is safe, easy and convenient.

Please note that Ellady does not collect your credit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our website, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

3.PAY WITH STRIPE

When you place an order with STRIPE, you will be redirected to the stripe payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your stripe username and password.

4.PAY WITH AMAZON PAY

When you place an order with AMAZON PAY, you will be redirected to the stripe payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your stripe username and password.

COUPON CODE

You can apply acoupon code to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “Apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”Apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

• 2.You can use one coupon code only in one order.
• 3.Coupon can be used as value for goods and cannot be used for shipping fees.
• 4.Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.
• 5.Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
