We are trying our best to provide our customers with superior service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order.


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. 


Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products. We guarantee that most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days on receipt of your order. Sometimes it may be affected by the item's stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.

  • 1.Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • 2.Orders will be shipped soon but may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.
  • 3.If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 3 business.
  • 4.If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional 2 business days.


1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
2. We do not ship to Africa areas.
3. We do not accept PO Box address, BFPO address (UK) or APO/FPO address.


1. Cancellation
Please inform us with 5 hours if you want to cancel your order.

2. Unsuccessful delivery                               
Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):

  ① Incorrect address.
  ② Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
  ③ Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
  ④ The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us first.

Customer is responsible for the shipping fee (15% of the parcel's value, $40 the maximum) if they prefer a refund, or they need to pay $10 extra if they prefer a redelivery.
